The process was quick and seamless, thank you customer service. Unfortunately, the lower band had a lot of gapping in the back although it was more comfortable overall. It fits great around the bust but the under band is a little loose, so I’d recommend sticking to your usual size. The fabric is SOOOO soft and for a thin strap it’s surprisingly supportive.
