General Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. The Schedule must be read in conjunction with these terms. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.

2. Validity of Entries: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Liability & Warranty: The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the prize. 5. NEW STORE OPENING 

  1. This offer is available exclusively to customers physically present in the queue at the relevant LSKD store on the date of the store opening ("the Offer").

  2. All customers must physically present and trade a pair of leggings (women) or shorts (mens) apparel with an LSKD team member on the day of the Offer.  

  3. The Offer entitles eligible customers to receive one (1) pair of full-length LSKD leggings (women's) or one (1) pair of LSKD shorts (men's) free of charge, subject to availability.

  4. The Offer is limited to a set number of pairs, which will be allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis to customers queued at the store from the time doors open. The number of pairs available will vary by store location and will not be disclosed in advance.

  5. Once the allocated stock for the Offer has been claimed, the Offer will end immediately, regardless of queue position or arrival time.

  6. Limit of one (1) item per person. Items cannot be split, exchanged, or shared between multiple customers.

The promotion

1.         These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the LSKD x Australia Post Parcel Locker promotion (the "Promotion") run by LSKD Pty Ltd (ABN 52 123 602 737) of 46 Burchill Street, Loganholme QLD 4129 ("LSKD", "we", "us", "our") in collaboration with Australia Post.

2.         During the Promotional Period, customers who select an Australia Post Parcel Locker as their delivery location at checkout will automatically receive 15% off all eligible full-priced products in that order.

3.         No discount code is required. The discount is applied automatically in the cart or at checkout once a Parcel Locker delivery location has been selected.

4.         By participating in the Promotion, you accept these Terms, together with the LSKD Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, each available at lskd.co. Where there is any inconsistency, these Terms prevail in relation to the Promotion.

Promotional period

5.         The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Monday 7 September 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 6 October 2026 (the "Promotional Period").

6.         All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (Brisbane). Orders are treated as placed at the time payment is successfully completed and the order is received by LSKD’s systems.

7.         Orders placed before the start or after the end of the Promotional Period are not eligible, regardless of when the order is dispatched, delivered or collected.

Eligibility

8.         The Promotion is open to customers ordering from the LSKD Australian online store (lskd.co) for delivery within Australia only.

9.         The discount is available only where an Australia Post Parcel Locker is selected as the delivery location for the order. Orders delivered to a residential address, business address, PO Box, Parcel Collect location or any other delivery method are not eligible.

10.      Parcel Locker availability, capacity, size limits and collection timeframes are determined by Australia Post and may vary by location. LSKD does not guarantee that a Parcel Locker will be available in any particular area or that any particular order will fit within a locker.

11.      The Promotion is not available in LSKD retail stores, on the LSKD United States or international online stores, or in respect of wholesale, team, corporate, staff or influencer orders.

What the discount applies to

12.      The 15% discount applies to the full price of eligible full-priced products in the order.

13.      The following are excluded from the Promotion and will not receive the discount:

•      Sale, markdown, clearance, outlet or otherwise reduced-price products;

•      Products purchased as part of a bundle, pack, multi-buy or any other bundle-discounted offer;

•      Gift cards and e-gift cards;

•      Shipping, delivery, handling or any other fees or charges;

•      Any product identified as excluded from promotions on its product page or in LSKD marketing materials.

14.      Where an order contains both eligible and excluded items, the discount applies only to the eligible full-priced items. All other items are charged at their normal price.

15.      Excluded items still count toward any applicable free shipping or other order thresholds unless stated otherwise.

Use with other offers

16.      The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotional code, voucher, coupon, staff or friends-and-family discount, student or membership offer, or any other promotion, unless expressly stated by LSKD.

17.      Where a discount code is entered at checkout, the checkout will apply either the Promotion discount or the code, not both. Customers should check the order total before completing payment to confirm which discount has been applied.

18.      Gift cards, e-gift cards, store credit and buy-now-pay-later services (including Afterpay and Zip) may still be used to pay for an order receiving the Promotion discount. These are payment methods, not discounts, and are unaffected by these Terms.

Orders, pricing and price adjustments

19.      The discount is applied to the order total at checkout and is reflected on the order confirmation and tax invoice.

20.      No price adjustments, credits or refunds will be provided in respect of orders placed before the start or after the end of the Promotional Period, or in respect of orders where a Parcel Locker was not selected at checkout.

21.      LSKD cannot retrospectively apply the discount to an order once it has been placed, including where a customer changes their delivery method after checkout.

22.      All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

23.      The Promotion is subject to stock availability. LSKD may cancel an order and refund the amount paid where a product is unavailable.

Returns and exchanges

24.      Products purchased under the Promotion may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the LSKD Returns Policy.

25.      Refunds are processed at the discounted price actually paid for the item, not the full recommended retail price.

26.      Where a partial return reduces the order below any threshold or condition on which a benefit was given, LSKD may adjust the refund accordingly.

27.      Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law and that cannot be lawfully limited, excluded or modified.

Delivery and Australia Post

28.      Delivery to Parcel Lockers is performed by Australia Post and is subject to the Australia Post terms and conditions applicable to Parcel Locker and Australia Post delivery services.

29.      Customers are responsible for collecting their parcel from the nominated Parcel Locker within the collection period notified by Australia Post. Parcels not collected within that period may be returned to sender in accordance with Australia Post’s processes.

30.      Delivery timeframes are estimates only. LSKD is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, locker unavailability or parcel handling by Australia Post, to the extent permitted by law.

31.      Australia Post is not the promoter of the Promotion and is not responsible for the pricing, discount, products or fulfilment of any order, other than the delivery services it provides.

General

32.      LSKD reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or cancel the Promotion, or to vary these Terms, at any time and without notice, to the extent permitted by law. Any change will not affect orders already placed.

33.      LSKD may, at its discretion, cancel or refuse an order, withdraw a discount, or take other action where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse of the Promotion, resale activity, use of automated ordering, or any breach of these Terms.

34.      Where the Promotion cannot run as anticipated for reasons beyond LSKD’s reasonable control, including technical failure, LSKD may modify or terminate the Promotion, subject to any applicable law.

35.      Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion is handled in accordance with the LSKD Privacy Policy available at lskd.co.

36.      These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
