"These are my favourite shorts to wear to reformer pilates, and honestly anywhere! The high-rise is so flattering, and really hugs my waist without feeling too tight. I’m normally a Large in Nike, Medium in Bonds activewear, but for LSKD I bought the Extra Large, and it’s perfect! I did buy a Large to try, but the compression made my thighs look like they were about to burst. My sister put me on to LSKD, and recommended the Extra Large because the compression would give me the way too tight around my thighs look. For reference, I am 85kg and 164cm/5’4”."

"So far loving the colour on me and the material is super soft. The pockets are great for little random things. As I a type one I like to keep juice or tabs near me in case of a low and recently found out that a whole juice box can fit in a pocket without making the shorts fall down"

"Sizing was consistent to previous bike short purchases, but the waist band sat a little higher than I'm used to, and the band design felt super compressive! I love the look, but the style is not as comfortable for me!"
